There is no question
that we live in stressful times. There is so
much to do everyday that it often seems
virtually impossible to keep up. As demands
and expectations grow in every part of our
lives—careers, family
relationships/responsibilities, community
involvement—healthy priorities are often
lost and personal distress increases. This
distress is caused by a physical, mental, or
emotional factor that causes bodily or
mental tension.
